The Daniel Carasso Fellowship, a postdoctoral research grant, is now open for application. These fellowships support postdoctoral contracts for research in food systems and sustainable diets.

The 3rd edition of the Daniel Carasso Fellowship opened on Monday, 20th January, and will close on 10th March. Here are some details about the call for applications:

• The application deadline is 10th March at 14:00 (UTC+1).
• Three postdoctoral fellowships will be awarded, each providing €160,000 to cover the fellow’s employment and research activities for two years.
• The research project must address challenges in food systems and sustainable food, with a systemic approach that integrates various dimensions of sustainability.
• Candidates must have between 2 and 7 years of postdoctoral experience.
• A nomination from a consolidated researcher at a Spanish university or research institution where the fellow will be working is required. The institution can be either public or private, non-profit.
