The 32. Conference from the “Facts and Fictions in Human Nutrition” Series, organised by the Polish Society of Nutritional Sciences, will be held online at 11:00 am, October 25, 2024. The main theme will be: “Milk and dairy products and their plant substitutes” (in Polish).

During the conference, presentations are planned on the following topics:

• Milk and dairy products in the light of ancient and Byzantine dietetics;
• A2 milk – nutritional and technological aspects;
• Plant-based beverages in the human diet – benefits and threats;
• Fat and fatty acids in plant-based beverages and cow’s milk – nutritional context.
