Queen Mary University of London is seeking a Nutrition Officer to support research and policy development in the areas of salt, sugar, fat and calorie reduction, with a focus on public health nutrition in the UK and internationally.

Based within the Research and Action on Salt and Obesity (RASO) Unit, the successful candidate will contribute to nutrition data collection and analysis, reporting, dissemination and stakeholder engagement, supporting research projects that may help inform future public health nutrition policies.

The role is a 34-month, part-time position (0.6 FTE) based in London. Applications are open until 6 October 2026 at 23:55.
