The Nordic Nutrition Summer Symposium was held in Bergen, and about 25 early career scientists shared and extended their knowledge on advanced dietary methods and personalized nutrition. Highlights included presentations on systematic reviews in nutrition research by Agneta Åkesson, modelling of dietary data by Heli Tapanainen, dietary intake of older adults by Inge Tetens and the opportunities of personalized nutrition by Kirsten Holven. 

The symposium strengthened the collaboration among the Nutrition societies in the Nordic countries and among young scientists from the Nordic countries. It was the second edition and this activity is going to be continued, with the next event in 2026.
